Digging Duras’
2017. Digging Duras’ is een vervolg op de serie TLP naar aanleiding van teksten van Marguerite Duras. Hierbij ligt de focus op haar taalgebruik en met name haar poëtische omgang met herhaling, drama en ritme. Niet het geschrevene zelf, maar haar actie van schrijven wordt vertaald naar mijn actie van het maken.

Digging Duras’
DiggingDuras’ is a continuation of the series, TLP, based on texts of Marguerite Duras. Here the focus is, in particular, on her poetic use of repetition, drama, and rhythm. Not the writing itself, but her act of writing is translated into my act of making.
At the same time, I often received sets of old Letraset dry transfer letters from others. With these letters I rubbed parts of the book, Ecrire, by Marguerite Duras in the series Les Lettres de…
